This data set is typical specific emissivity data set of Heihe River Basin. Data observation is from March 25, 2014 to June 30, 2015. Instrument: Portable Fourier transform infrared spectrometer (102f), hand-held infrared thermometer Measurement method: 102f was used to measure the radiation values of cold blackbody, warm blackbody, observation target and gold plate. Using the radiation value of the cold and warm blackbody, the 102f is calibrated to eliminate the influence of the instrument's own emission. By using the iterative inversion algorithm based on smoothness, the specific emissivity and the object temperature are inversed. The specific emissivity range is 8-14 μ m, and the resolution is 4cm-1. This data set contains the original radiation curves (in ASCII format) and recording files of cold blackbody, warm blackbody, measured target and gold plate obtained by 102f.

The research area is located in the middle section o the northern slope of the Tianshan Mountains. The research area extends from Wusu in the Tacheng District of Xinjiang in the west to Mulei County in Changji Prefecture in the east. It is approximately 500 km long from east to west. The vertical vegetation gradient on the northern slope of the Tianshan Mountains can be divided into six different belts: alpine cushion vegetation belt (>3400 m), sub-alpine meadow belt (3400~2700 m), mid-mountain forest belt (2700~1720 m), forest steppe belt (1720~1300 m), semi-desert belt (1300~700 m) and typical desert belt (<700 m). Based on the characteristics of the vertical vegetation belts on the northern slope of the Tianshan Mountains, five sedimentary sections with different elevations, different vegetation belts and different sedimentary ages were selected for analysis. Five mid-late Holocene sections were measured to calculate the composite dissimilarity index of sporopollen, and the index was used to explain the sporopollen diversity. The index was then combined with integrated multiple analysis data, such as particle size, magnetic susceptibility, and ignition loss, and the changes in biodiversity and environmental characteristics since the mid-late Holocene in the area were assessed. The data include the following: 1. Sporopollen grain number data for the Daxigou section (8-110 cm, a total of 52 layers were analysed for sporopollen grain number, 3640±60 a BP to 890±60 a BP) 2. Sporopollen grain number data for the Xiaoxigou section (0-90 cm, a total of 38 layers were analysed for sporopollen grain number, 3240±60 a BP) 3. Sporopollen grain number data for the Huashuwozi section (0-106 cm, a total of 52 layers were analysed for sporopollen grain number, 2170±185 a BP to 450±155 a BP) 4. Sporopollen grain number data for the Sichanghu section (10-84 cm, a total of 19 layers were analysed for sporopollen grain number, 1000±50 a BP to 665±65 a BP) 5. Sporopollen grain number data for the Dongdaohaizi section (0-190 cm, a total of 64 layers were analysed for sporopollen grain number, 4500±310 a BP to 305±130 a BP) For detailed descriptions of the data, please refer to the following study: "Palaeo-biodiversity at the Northern Piedmont of Tianshan Mountains in Xinjiang During the Middle to Late Holocene"

This dataset mainly includes the passive microwave brightness temperature obtained from the Scanning Multichannel Microwave Radiometer (SMMR) carried by the Nimbus-7 satellite, including 06H, 06V, 10H, 10V, 18H, 18V, 21H, 21V, 37H, 37V, a total of ten microwave channels with two transits (ascending & descending) brightness temperature per day from October 25, 1978 to August 20, 1987, where H represents horizontal polarization and V represents vertical polarization. Nimbus-7, launched in October 1978, is a solar-synchronous polar-orbiting satellite. The microwave sensor SMMR is a dual-polarization microwave radiometer that measures the brightness temperature of five frequencies (6.6GHz, 10.69GHz, 18.0GHz, 21.0GHz, 37.0GHz) on the surface. It scans the surface at a fixed incident angle of about 50.3 °, with a width of 780 km, and passes through the equator at noon 12:00 (ascending orbit) and 24:00 (descending orbit). The time resolution of SMMR is daily, but due to the wide distance between swaths, the same surface will be revisited every 5-6 days. 1. File format and naming: Each set of data is composed of remote sensing data files. The name and naming rules of each group of data files in the SMMR_Grid_China directory are as follows: SMMR-MLyyyydddA / D.subset.ccH / V (remote sensing data) Among them: SMMR stands for SMMR sensor; ML stands for multi-channel low resolution; yyyy stands for year; ddd stands for Julian Day of the year (1-365 / 366); A / D stands for ascending (A) and derailing (D ); subset represents the brightness temperature data in China; cc represents the frequency (6.6GHz, 10.69GHz, 18.0GHz, 21.0GHz, 37.0GHz); H / V represents horizontal polarization (H) and vertical polarization (V). 2. Coordinate system and projection: The projection method is an equal area secant cylindrical projection, and the double standard parallels are 30 degrees north and south. For more information about EASE-GRID, please refer to http://www.ncgia.ucsb.edu/globalgrids-book/ease_grid/. If you need to convert the EASE-Grid projection to Geographic projection, please refer to the ease2geo.prj file, the content is as follows: Input projection cylindrical units meters parameters 6371228 6371228 1 / * Enter projection type (1, 2, or 3) 0 00 00 / * Longitude of central meridian 30 00 00 / * Latitude of standard parallel Output Projection GEOGRAPHIC Spheroid KRASovsky Units dd parameters end 3. Data format: Stored as integer binary, each data occupies 2 bytes. The actual data stored in this dataset is the brightness temperature * 10. After reading the data, you need to divide by 10 to get the real brightness temperature. Spatial resolution: 25km; Time resolution: daily, from 1978 to 1987. 4. Spatial range: Longitude: 60.1 ° -140.0 ° East longitude; Latitude: 14.9 ° -55.0 ° north latitude. 5. Data reading Remote sensing image data files for each set of data can be opened in ENVI and ERDAS software.
