The data set contains the flux observation data of scintillator with large aperture from sidaoqiao station downstream of heihe hydrometeorological observation network.A large aperture scintillator of BLS900 type is installed in the downstream. The north tower is the receiving end and the south tower is the transmitting end.The observation period is from January 1, 2017 to December 31, 2017.The site is located in ejin banner, Inner Mongolia, with tamarix chinensis, populus populus, bare land and cultivated land under it.The latitude and longitude of the north tower is 101.137e, 42.008n, and the latitude and longitude of the south tower is 101.131e, 41.987 N, with an elevation of about 873m.The effective height of the large aperture scintillator is 25.5m, the optical diameter length is 2350m and the sampling frequency is 1min. Large aperture flicker meter raw observation data for 1 min, data released for after processing and quality control of data, including sensible heat flux is mainly combined with the automatic meteorological station observation data, based on similarity theory alonzo mourning - Mr. Hoff is obtained by iterative calculation, the quality control of the main steps include: (1) excluding Cn2 reach saturation data (e-14 Cn2 > 7.58);(2) data with weak demodulation signal strength (Average X Intensity<1000) were eliminated;(3) data at the time of precipitation were excluded;(4) data of weak turbulence under stable conditions were excluded (u* < 0.1m/s).During the iterative calculation, the stability universal function of Thiermann and Grassl(1992) was selected.Please refer to Liu et al(2011, 2013) for detailed introduction.Due to the problem of data storage unit, data of large aperture scintillator was missing from February 21 to March 5, and July 10 to August 18, 2017. This data comes from "China's 1:100000 land use data". China's 1:100000 land use data is constructed in three years based on LANDSAT MSS, TM and ETM Remote sensing data by means of satellite remote sensing, organized by 19 research institutes affiliated to the Chinese Academy of Sciences under the national macro survey and dynamic research on remote sensing of resources and environment, a major application project of the eighth five year plan of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Using a hierarchical land cover classification system, this data divides the whole country into six first-class categories (cultivated land, forest land, grassland, water area, urban and rural areas, industrial and mining land, residential land and unused land), and 31 second-class categories. This is the most accurate land use data product in China, which has played an important role in the national land resource survey, hydrological and ecological research.

River lake ice phenology is sensitive to climate change and is an important indicator of climate change. 308 excel file names correspond to Lake numbers. Each excel file contains six columns, including daily ice coverage information of corresponding lakes from July 2002 to June 2018. The attributes of each column are: date, lake water coverage, lake water ice coverage, cloud coverage, lake water coverage and lake ice coverage after cloud treatment. Generally, the ice cover area ratio of 0.1 and 0.9 is used as the basis to distinguish the lake ice phenology. The excel file contained in the data set can further obtain four lake ice phenological parameters: Fus, fue, bus, bue, and 92 lakes. Two parameters, Fus and bue, can be obtained.

Shule River Basin is one of the three inland river basins in Hexi corridor. In recent years, with the obvious change of climate and the aggravation of human activities, the shortage of water resources and the problem of ecological environment in Shule River Basin have become increasingly prominent. It is of great significance to study the runoff change of Shule River Basin in the future climate situation for making rational water resources planning and ecological environment protection. The Shule River basin boundary is cut from "China's 1:100000 desert sand data set". Taking the 2000 TM image as the data source, it interprets, extracts, revises, and uses remote sensing and geographic information system technology to combine with the 1:100000 scale mapping requirements to carry out thematic mapping of desert, sand and gravel gobi. Data attribute table: Area (area), perimeter (perimeter), ash_ (sequence code), class (desert code), ash_id (desert code). The desert code is as follows: mobile sand 2341010, semi mobile sand 2341020, semi fixed sand 2341030, Gobi 2342000, salt alkali land 2343000. The leaves and roots of ammopiptanthus mongolicus were sequenced by Hiseq2000 with high throughput transcriptome, and 44,959 unigene were found. Through database comparison, 43,192 unigene were annotated. It was found that under drought treatment, 1035 and 1210 genes were differentially expressed in leaves and roots (the expression level was up-regulated or down-regulated by more than 2 times respectively). These differentially expressed genes are mainly related to material transportation, stress response, metabolic process, and molecular structural activity. 40 differentially expressed (specific) response genes under drought stress were identified. By analyzing the transcription factors of Ammopiptanthus mongolicus, we also found that Ammopiptanthus mongolicus contains 50 transcription factor families and 1575 transcription factors. The expression of 7 transcription factors increased and 50 decreased in leaves. In the roots, 11 rose and 33 fell.

The soil texture dataset of the Heihe River Basin (2011) is compiled by LIU Chao et al. (2011) by using the SOLIM model. Based on the famous Jenny equation of soil science, and according to the environmental factors such as climate, biology, topography and parent material, knowledge mining and fuzzy logic are combined on the basis of existing soil texture maps and soil profiles in Heihe River Basin. It is produced and integrated with thematic maps of glaciers and lakes. According to the different characteristics of the six ecological zones in Heihe River Basin, different mapping methods are used in the upper, middle and lower reaches. The data is in grid format with 1KM spatial resolution and WGS-84 projection. Soil texture attributes and categories represent 0-30 cm topsoil texture attributes, derived from depth-weighted averages. The texname in the attribute table indicates the soil texture type name. Sandrange, siltrange, and clayrange respectively represent the sand, powder, and clay content ranges in the USDA soil triangle. Sandaverage, siltaverage and clayaverage are taken from the measured soil profiles, the average content of sand, silt and clay particles as the sand, silt and clay content of the soil type. (Note: The soil particle content of clay loam is derived from the soil quality map of Beijing Normal University). The soil texture classification standard is USDA, the sand grain size is defined as (2~0.05mm), the silt particle size is (0.05~0.002mm) and the clay size is defined as (<0.002mm).
