The data includes ten typical hydropower stations in Datong River Basin of Qinghai-Tibet Plateau in July 2020, including Duolong Hydropower Station, Gousikou Hydropower Station, Jinxing Hydropower Station, Kasuoxia Hydropower Station, Liancheng Hydropower Station, Nazixia Hydropower Station, Stone Gorge Hydropower Station, Tianwanggou Hydropower Station, Tiemai Hydropower Station and Xueyitan Hydropower Station. Data are helpful to study the distribution and use of hydropower stations in Datong River Basin. The data were taken by the expedition team through aerial photography using DJI UAV RTK and Royal Series, and spliced by DJI mapping software. The aerial image data has high definition, which can obviously observe the water level difference between upstream and downstream of the hydropower station and the topographic distribution around the hydropower station. The data can be applied to the research field of hydropower stations in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, providing relevant analysis data.

The main body of the Tibetan Plateau is Qinghai Province and the Tibetan Autonomous Region. The economic and social data of Qinghai Province and the Tibetan Autonomous Region are the basis for the analysis and assessment of the basic data of sustainable development of populations, resources, environment and economic society on the Tibetan Plateau by integrating the basic data of natural sciences. Under normal circumstances, the statistical yearbooks of all provinces and regions are all in paper and CD-ROM versions, and users need to perform secondary editing before they can use them. This data set mainly relies on the raw data of the Statistical Yearbook of Qinghai Province and the Tibetan Autonomous Region to carry out data conversion and integrate the current economic and social data sets. The temporal coverage of the data is from 2007 to 2016, and the temporal resolution is one year. The spatial coverage is Qinghai Province and the Tibetan Autonomous Region of the Tibetan Plateau. The spatial resolution is the administrative unit of the prefecture or city. The data include information on population, economy, finance, agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery, investment in fixed assets, education and health.

1) data content: including the morphological and reproductive life history data of four lizards, i.e. Phrynocephalus vlangalii, Phrynocephalus przewalskii, Eremias argus and Eremias multiocellata, and the physiological and ecological data of indoor and outdoor activity temperature, selection temperature, tolerant high temperature and tolerant low temperature, which is helpful to understand and analyze the physiological and ecological characteristics of typical lizards. 2) data source and processing method: Based on the indoor and outdoor experiments of typical lizards on the Qinghai Tibet Plateau and pan third pole from 2013 to 2019, the data of physiological and ecological indicators of lizards in the field and the data of reproductive life history of pregnant lizards were recorded. 3) data quality description: the lizard indoor and outdoor data collectors are all graduate students, who have been trained strictly to ensure the quality of the collected data. 4) data application achievements and prospects: Taking the typical lizards in the Qinghai Tibet Plateau and surrounding areas as the object, focusing on the impact of climate change on the thermal regulation behavior and reproductive life history of lizards, obtaining the physiological and ecological change characteristics of lizards under the climate change conditions is helpful to simulate and analyze the response trend of lizards distribution and population change under the climate warming environment.

1) The data includes the soil erosion modulus of 11 watersheds with a resolution of 30 m in the year of 2017 in Qinhai. 2)Based on the surface layer of rainfall erosivity R, soil erodibility K, slope length factor LS, vegetation coverage FVC, and rotation sampling survey unit, the Chinese soil erosion model (CSLE) was used to calculate soil erosin modulus in 11 watersheds respectively. Through spatial data processing (including chart linking and transformation, vector-grid conversion, and resampling), R, K, LS factors were calculated from the regional thematic map of rainfall erosivity, soil erodibility, and DEM. By half-month FVC, NPV, half-month rainfall erosivity data, we calculated the value of B factors in each sampling watershed. The value of E factor was calculated based on the remote sensing interpretation result and engineering measure factor table. The value of tillage factor T was obtained from tillage zoning map and tillage measure table. And then the soil erosion modulus in each sampling watershed was calculated by the equation: A=R•K•LS•B•E•T. The selection of 11 watersheds was based on the layout of sampling survey in pan-third polar region. 3) Compared with the data of soil erosion intensity in the same region in the same year, there is no significant difference and the data quality is good.4) the data of soil erosion modulus is of great significance for studying the present situation of soil erosion in Pan third polar region, and it is also crucial for the implementation of the development policy of the Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road.

In November 2020, we made a collection in Qinghai Tibet Plateau were collected by net and electric capture methods, and the sampling area included the main water systems in Qinghai Province. A total of 30 sampling points were collected, and 685 fish specimens were collected in 12 points, including Schizothorax of loach.This work is a part of the project of “Building Methods for Detection of Aquatic Organisms in the Lake System of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau”, using traditional fish survey data to generate a list of species in the lake system, which will then be used to combine multiple lakes in the plateau. High-throughput molecular data acquired from the system's environmental water samples and tested for visual parameters (lake size, isolation, geographic location, and spectral characteristics) that can be used to predict aquatic biodiversity.
