This dataset contains the flux measurements from the Dashalong station eddy covariance system (EC) in the upper reaches of the Heihe hydrometeorological observation network from 12 August to 31 December, 2013. The site (98.941° E, 38.840° N) was located in the swamp meadow, Qilian County in Qilian Province. The elevation is 3739 m. The EC was installed at a height of 4.5 m, and the sampling rate was 10 Hz. The sonic anemometer faced north, and the separation distance between the sonic anemometer and the CO2/H2O gas analyzer (CSAT3 & Li7500) was 0.15 m. The raw data acquired at 10 Hz were processed using the Edire post-processing software (University of Edinburgh, http://www.geos.ed.ac.uk/abs/research/micromet/EdiRe/), including the spike detection, lag correction of H2O/CO2 relative to the vertical wind component, sonic virtual temperature correction, coordinate rotation (2-D rotation), corrections for density fluctuation (Webb-Pearman-Leuning correction), and frequency response correction. The EC data were subsequently averaged over 30 min periods. The observation data quality was divided into three classes according to the quality assessment method of stationarity (Δst) and the integral turbulent characteristics test (ITC), as proposed by Foken and Wichura [1996]: class 1 (level 0: Δst<30 and ITC<30), class 2 (level 1: Δst<100 and ITC<100), and class 3 (level 2: Δst>100 and ITC>100), representing high-, medium-, and low-quality data, respectively. In addition to the above processing steps, the half-hourly flux data were screened using a four-step procedure: (1) data from periods of sensor malfunction were rejected; (2) data collected before or after 1 h of precipitation were rejected; (3) incomplete 30 min data were rejected when the missing data constituted more than 3% of the 30 min raw record; and (4) data were rejected at night when the friction velocity (u*) was less than 0.1 m/s. There were 48 records per day, and the missing data were replaced with -6999. Suspicious data were marked in red. The released data contained the following variables: data/time, wind direction (Wdir, °), wind speed (Wnd, m/s), the standard deviation of the lateral wind (Std_Uy, m/s), virtual temperature (Tv, ℃), H2O mass density (H2O, g/m^3), CO2 mass density (CO2, mg/m^3), friction velocity (ustar, m/s), stability (z/L), sensible heat flux (Hs, W/m^2), latent heat flux (LE, W/m^2), carbon dioxide flux (Fc, mg/ (m^2s)), quality assessment of the sensible heat flux (QA_Hs), quality assessment of the latent heat flux (QA_LE), and quality assessment of the carbon flux (QA_Fc). In this dataset, the time of 0:30 corresponds to the average data for the period between 0:00 and 0:30; the data were stored in *.xls format. For more information, please refer to Liu et al. We produced surface photosynthetic effective radiation (PAR), solar radiation (SSR) and net radiation (NR) products with 1KM resolution in the heihe basin in 2012.The temporal resolution ranges from instantaneous to hourly and daily.Day-by-day ancillary data were also produced, including aerosol optical thickness, moisture content, NDVI, snow cover, and surface albedo.Among them, PAR and SSR use the method of lookup table to directly invert by combining the stationary weather satellite and polar orbit satellite MODIS product.NR was calculated by analyzing the relationship between net short-wave and net surface radiation.Hourly instantaneous products are weighted by average and integral to obtain hourly and daily cumulative products.

The data are from 2011 to 2012. A 30m×30m Picea crassifolia canopy interception sample plot was set up in the Picea crassifolia sample plot at an altitude of 2800m m. A siphon raingauge model DSJ2 (Tianjin Meteorological Instrument Factory) was set up on the open land of the river about 50m from the sample plot to observe the rainfall outside the forest and its characteristics. Penetrating rain in the forest adopts a combination of manual observation and automatic observation. Automatic observation is mainly realized through a penetrating rain collection system arranged in the interception sample plot, which consists of a water collecting tank and an automatic recorder. Two 400cm×20cm water collecting tanks are connected with DSJ2 siphon rain gauge, and the change characteristics of penetrating rain under the forest are continuously recorded by an automatic recorder. Due to the spatial variability of the canopy structure of Picea crassifolia forest in the sample plot, a standard rainfall tube for manual observation is also arranged in the sample plot to observe the penetrating rain in the forest. Ninety rainfall tubes with a diameter of 20cm are arranged in the sample plot at intervals of 3m. After each precipitation event ends and the penetrating rain in the forest stops, the amount of water in the rain barrel will be emptied and the penetrating rain in the barrel will be measured with the rain cup.

This data set contains the surface temperature and surface emissivity products retrieved from 12 ASTER data in the middle reaches of Heihe River Basin in 2012. The 12 scenes ASTER data all cover the ecological and hydrological experimental area of the middle reaches artificial oasis. The acquisition time (Beijing time) is: 2012-05-302012-06-152012-06-242012-07-102012-08-02, 2012-08-112012-08-182012-08-272012-09-03, 2012-09-122012-09-192012-09-28. The transit time of the above data is around 12:15 (Beijing time). Firstly, the L1B data is corrected by aster L3 data, and then the L1B data is corrected by MODIS mod07 atmospheric profile product with the same transit time and the atmospheric radiation transfer model MODTRAN. In order to improve the accuracy of atmospheric correction, the water vapor scaling (WVS) atmospheric correction method is used. Finally, the aster temperature emissivity separation (TES) algorithm is used to retrieve the surface temperature and the surface emissivity of five bands. The results show that the average deviation of surface temperature products is less than 0.5K and RMSE is less than 2K. This data set can provide reliable input data for remote sensing estimation of key water and heat variables of heterogeneous surface.

This data set is typical specific emissivity data set of Heihe River Basin. Data observation is from March 25, 2014 to June 30, 2015. Instrument: Portable Fourier transform infrared spectrometer (102f), hand-held infrared thermometer Measurement method: 102f was used to measure the radiation values of cold blackbody, warm blackbody, observation target and gold plate. Using the radiation value of the cold and warm blackbody, the 102f is calibrated to eliminate the influence of the instrument's own emission. By using the iterative inversion algorithm based on smoothness, the specific emissivity and the object temperature are inversed. The specific emissivity range is 8-14 μ m, and the resolution is 4cm-1. This data set contains the original radiation curves (in ASCII format) and recording files of cold blackbody, warm blackbody, measured target and gold plate obtained by 102f.

This data comes from the Tianlaochi watershed sample plot. The vegetation types of the sample plot are grassland, shrub, Sabina przewalskii and Picea crassifolia. The self-made Lysimeter is mainly used to observe the soil evapotranspiration characteristics in Picea crassifolia forestry. To provide basic data for the development of watershed evapotranspiration model. At about 19:00 every day, an electronic scale with an accuracy of 1g is used to weigh the inner barrel. In case of rain, observe whether there is leakage in the leakage barrel. If there is leakage, measure the leakage amount in the leakage barrel as well.
