The data set records the statistical data of retail and catering chain operation in Qinghai province from 2009 to 2020, and the data is divided by registration type, industry group, business type, etc. The data are collected from qinghai Statistical Yearbook released by Qinghai Provincial Bureau of Statistics. The data set is stored in Excel format and contains 12 worksheets, which are the statistics of the comprehensive table of retail and catering chain operation in Qinghai Province from 2009 to 2018. Data files can be opened with Office software or imported into a relational database system. The units of data tables are as follows: individual, person, and ten thousand yuan.
