The moving average method is a method of calculating the ordinal average containing the number of bins at a time based on the time series information, item by item, to reflect the long-term trend. When the values of the time series are affected by cyclical and irregular changes, and have large ups and downs, which do not easily show the development trend, the moving average method can be used to eliminate the influence of these factors and analyze and predict the long-term trend of the series.
