Qinghai real estate price index (1997-2004)- A Big Earth Data Platform for Three Poles

This data set records the statistical data of the total real estate price index of Qinghai Province from 1997 to 2004. The data is divided according to the year, the total real estate price index, the housing sales price index, the commercial housing, the trading housing, the real estate rental price index, the residential housing, the office housing, the commercial housing and the land trading price index. The data were collected from the annual statistical inspection of Qinghai Province issued by Qinghai Provincial Bureau of statistics. The data set consists of three tables, namely, the general real estate price index 1997-2002.xls, the general real estate price index 1997-2003.xls, and the general real estate price index 1997-2004.xls in major years. The data table structure is the same. For example, there are 10 fields in the data table from 1997 to 2004

File naming and required software

The data set is stored in Excel format, including three worksheets, which are the information statistics of Qinghai real estate price index from 1997 to 2002, 1997 to 2003, 1997 to 2004, respectively. Data files can be opened with office software or imported into relational database system, and the unit involved in data table is none.
