Statistical data of the value of real estate development, construction and completion in Qinghai Province (1999-2001)- A Big Earth Data Platform for Three Poles

The data set records the statistical data of real estate development, construction and completion value in Qinghai Province from 1999 to 2001. The data is divided by index name, construction area, newly started area, completed area and completed housing value. The data are collected from the statistical yearbook of Qinghai Province issued by the Bureau of statistics of Qinghai Province. The data set contains seven data tables with slightly different structure for each year. For example, the data table in 2000 has six fields:

Field 1: indicator name

Field 2: Unit

Field 3: construction area

Field 4: new start

Field 5: completed area

Field 6: value of completed house

File naming and required software

The data set is stored in Excel format, including seven worksheets, which are the information statistics of the real estate development, construction and completion value of Qinghai Province in 2001, 2002, 2003, 2003, 1998, 1999 and 2000. Data files can be opened with office software or imported into relational database system. The unit of data table is square meter and ten thousand yuan
