Building area and cost of real estate development and construction in Qinghai Province (1997-2020)- A Big Earth Data Platform for Three Poles

"The dataset recorded statistics on the construction area and cost of real estate development and construction in Qinghai province from 1997 to 2020, divided by year and regions such as Xining, Haidong, Haibei, Hainan, Haixi and Huangnan. The data are collected from qinghai Statistical Yearbook released by Qinghai Provincial Bureau of Statistics. The dataset contains 14 data tables. For example, the 1997-2006 data table has 6 fields:

Field 1: Year region

Field 2: Floor area under construction

Field 3: Area of completed premises

Field 4: Completion rate of floor area

Field 5: Value of completed home

Field 6: Completed housing cost

The dataset is stored in Excel format and contains 14 worksheets, It is followed by 1997-2005, 1997-2006, 1997-2007, 2000-2008, 2000-2009, 2000-2010, 2000-2011, 2000-2012, 2000-2013, 2000-2014, 2000-2015, and 2000-20 16. Information statistics of construction area and cost of real estate development in Qinghai Province from 2000 to 2018 and from 2001 to 2020. Data files can be opened with Office software, or can be imported into the relational database system, data tables involving units: ten thousand square meters, %, ten thousand yuan, yuan/square meter.
