The NDVI data in the Heihe River Basin (2000-2010)

Vegetation index (NDVI) can be used to detect vegetation growth state, vegetation coverage and eliminate some radiation errors.

The data set is the NDVI product data synthesized by MODIS in 500 meters and 16 days in the black river basin from 2000 to 2010 after graphic processing, and the no-value zone is -32768.The coordinate system is the longitude and latitude projection, and the spatial range is 96.5E -- 102.5E, 37.5N -- 43N.The data format is GEOTIFF.

File naming and required software

File naming: the data is stored in a raster TIff format with, the file name "yyyyddd.500m_16_days_ndvi.tif", where yyyy represents the year and DDD represents the date, such as 2005241.500 m_16_days_ndvi.tif, representing the NDVI data of 500 meters on 241 days in 2005.
Data reading: can be read with Arcgis, Qgis and other remote sensing software, can also be opened with the program, raster image display.
