Personnel of natural science research institutions in Qinghai Province classified by degree, educational background and technical title (1998-2008)- A Big Earth Data Platform for Three Poles

This data set records the statistical data of the personnel of natural science research institutions in Qinghai Province classified by degree, educational background and technical title (1998-2008), and the data is divided by year. The data are collected from the statistical yearbook of Qinghai Province issued by the Bureau of statistics of Qinghai Province. There are 11 datasets with the same data structure. For example, the data table in 2008 has three fields:

Field 2: education background

Field 3: title

File naming and required software

The data set is stored in Excel format and contains 11 worksheets. The statistics of personnel in natural science research institutions of Qinghai Province in 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008 are classified according to degree, education background and technical title (1998-2008). The data file can be opened with office software or imported into relational database system. The unit involved in the data table is human.
