Communication level of Posts and telecommunications in Qinghai Province (2000-2020)- A Big Earth Data Platform for Three Poles

The data set records the level of post and telecommunications services in Qinghai province from 2000 to 2020. Average data is according to the post office in each service area, average every post respects the population, average per person per year, the number, the number of newspaper subscriptions per one hundred people every year, has a post office, the proportion of the township (town), administrative villages in postal services proportion, telephone penetration rate (including mobile phones), rural fixed telephones, mobile telephones, with public telephone number per one thousand people And the proportion of administrative villages that have been telephoned. The data are collected from qinghai Statistical Yearbook released by Qinghai Provincial Bureau of Statistics. The dataset contains 15 data tables, all of which have the same structure. For example, the data table from 2000 to 2005 has 7 fields:
