Runoff spatiotemporal distribution products in the Qinghai Tibet Plateau (1998-2017)
File name: the runoff data is stored in NetCDF format. The name of the file is "yyyy mm. NC", where yyyy represents the year and mm represents the month. For example, 1997-01.nc represents this file to describe the runoff data of 31 days in January 1997, in mm.
Data reading method: all data in the data set can be read out by Python language, MATLAB language and other languages.
