Model description:

The HBV model is a semi-distributed model, which means that a catchment can be separated into different elevation and vegetation zones as well as into different subcatchments.The model is composed mainly of four modules: the glacier ablation module, soil module, response module, and flow concentration module. It can simulate the runoff depth and glacier runoff.
