Datasets are named as "CSRM_TWSA_Rec2002_2019.nc" and "JPLM_TWSA_Rec2002_2019.nc", the data is stored in NetCDF format.
Data reading method: the dataset can be viewed and read by using Matlab/Python/ArcGIS.
