A dataset of water supply resilience in countries along the "Belt and Road" (2000-2019)
File naming: The water supply resilience dataset is stored as ARCGIS raster data tif and vector data shape files, compressed and named 'water.zip'.
Data reading: The data is uncompressed into the ARCGIS raster data tif file format and the vector data shape file format, which should be opened using ARCGIS software. The 'average' field in the attribute table of the shapefile is the average value for each country.
