Annual albedo data set of glaciers in the High Mountain Asia (2000-2020)
File naming: The glacier surface albedo data is stored in TIFF format and the name of the file is "MODyyyy_ddd.tif", where MOD stands for MODIS data, yyyy stands for year and ddd stands for synthesis method, e.g. MOD2020_min.tif stands for this tif file describing the minimum albedo during the ablation period in the High Mountain Asia in 2020.
How the data is read: All tif files in this dataset can be opened directly in Arcgis and the values displayed are the albedo values (0-100).
