Precipitation statistics of main areas in Qinghai Province (2001-2020)- A Big Earth Data Platform for Three Poles

The data set records the statistics of precipitation in major areas of Qinghai Province from 2001 to 2020, and the data is divided by month and year. The data are collected from qinghai Statistical Yearbook released by Qinghai Provincial Bureau of Statistics. The dataset contains 20 data tables, all of which have the same structure. For example, the data table for 2020 has 11 fields:

Field 2: region

Field 3: Xining

Field 4: Haidong

Field 5: Haibei

Field 6: South Yellow

Field 7: Hainan

Field 8: Golo

Field 9: Yushu

Field 10: Hersey

Field 11: Golmud City

File naming and required software

The dataset is stored in Excel format and contains 20 worksheets, Precipitation statistics of main areas in Qinghai Province in 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020 are shown in sequence. Data files can be opened with Office software or imported into a relational database system. Data tables are in millimeters.
