Microbial amplicon sequencing dataset for glacial ice and snow on the Tibetan Plateau (V1.0) (2016-2020)
File naming: The sample number naming rule is "yymm g type num-add", where yy represents the year, mm represents the month, g represents the glacier abbreviation, type is the sample type (I: ice ice; SN: snow snow), num represents the sample serial number, and add is additional information. For example, 190624KSN1 would represent a 24K glacier surface snow sample collected in June 2019. Sequencing data are organized by different glaciers (glacier abbreviations).
Data readout: tables can be opened directly using Excel tools. Amplicon sequencing data (fastq files) can be opened by sequencing data analysis software.

To respect the intellectual property rights, protect the rights of data authors, expand services of the data center, and evaluate the application potential of data, data users should clearly indicate the source of the data and the author of the data in the research results generated by using the data (including published papers, articles, data products, and unpublished research reports, data products and other results). For re-posting (second or multiple releases) data, the author must also indicate the source of the original data.
