The Landsat ETM+ images of Heihe River Basin (1999-2008)- A Big Earth Data Platform for Three Poles

In April 1999, Landsat 7 was launched. As a supplement and enhancement to the Landsat series, the sensor it carried was ETM+. The parameters of each band were close to those of Landsat 5, but the resolution of panchromatic band with a resolution of 15m was added, and the resolution of thermal infrared band was improved to 60m.

File naming and required software

File name: data stored in grid tif format, ChanJingYing deposit like folders, file name "L71ppprr_rryyyymmddd_AAA", including L71 represents landsat7 product, product number starting with the PPP representative, rr_rr represent products starting line number, yyyy on behalf of the year, mm on behalf of the month, DDD, on behalf of the AAA on behalf of the band, such as L71133031_03120000506_B20. FST, ranks number in May 1330312000 the second band image.
Data reading: Envi, Arcgis and other remote sensing software can be used to open and read.
