All data are stored in Excel file. The file names "supplementary Table 1" and "supplementary table 7" represent zircon U-Pb geochronology data and in-situ Hf isotope data. The file name "supplement Table 2" represents zircon trace, the file names "supplement Table 3" and "supplement Table 4" represent mineral major element data, the file name "supplement table 5" represents whole rock major and trace geochemical data, and the file name "supplement table 6" represents whole rock SR Nd isotope data.
